I’ve been killing Vork with fang and I woox walk like normal, but every other attack I go an extra tile away. Seems to work. If you have a 3 tile runback, you can also click 3 tiles back, then ctrl click Vorkath. You'll run to the back tile (2 ticks) and then walk to Vorkath (3 ticks).
